When a client is facing foreclosure, we work directly with their loan servicer to request a hold or pause on the foreclosure process while a solution is being reviewed. This gives the homeowner immediate relief and more time to act.
Loan Modification Assistance
We help homeowners apply for hardship loan modifications, which can lower monthly payments by adjusting interest rates, extending the loan term, or rolling past-due balances into the loan. This is one of the main ways to prevent foreclosure. Many applications get denied because of errors or missing information. We guide clients step-by-step, ensuring income, expenses, and hardship documentation are submitted correctly to improve approval chances.
Backup Options if Needed
We communicate with the servicer on the client’s behalf, making sure the file stays active and helping clear up any confusion, so the homeowner isn’t left feeling lost in the process.If a loan modification isn’t approved, we can explore alternative options, including repayment plans, forbearance agreements, or as a last resort, preparing for an emergency bankruptcy petition to legally stop a foreclosure sale date.
